We want to engage our community and enhance the quality of life for everyone in the coffee supply chain even beyond the doors of our quaint little coffee shop in downtown Lexington.  We’re doing it the only way we know how, by passing on our passion, love, knowledge, and excitement for community, service, culture, and coffee by offering some services to those out there who are following their dreams and finding happiness.  Our goal is to take all that we have learned with our own experiences and share it with you. 

We draw from years of experience in the specialty coffee industry, the food & beverage industry, and the retail industry where we’ve opened up dozens of coffee bars, cafes, and coffeehouses.

We’ve created training programs for specialty coffeehouses, third wave coffee houses, cafes, retail stores, and so much in between. We want to make sure that we give you the tools to succeed behind the bar and with customer service.

We’ll work with you to create a training curriculum that you are looking for that can start from pre-opening to ongoing education.
