Daniel Dawson – Roasting Manager
Daniel was born in the scenic city of Chattanooga, TN and was raised on a farm just a few miles north of it. After high school, he decided to attend UK and work toward a degree in Accounting. When he's not at the shop perfecting his pour-overs or roasting coffee at Magic Beans, he's probably somewhere playing an instrument or hiking. Some people think that deep down he is an old man, due to his love for Jeopardy and corny jokes.

What’s your favorite way to drink coffee?
Aeropress. Preferably at 3 o’clock in the morning, in the middle of a road-trip, on the hood of my car, in a random gas station parking lot, with hot water from the gas station coffee bar.
