Locations, Menus, & Mystery

Everything is happening incredibly fast!  We figured it was time to take a moment, sit back, and take it all in.

So, where are we at so far?

We’ve narrowed our locations and determining what best fits our needs; what makes the utmost sense. We’ve heard over and over again from so many mentors, confidants, and friends, ‘location, location, location.’ It matters apparently. In the spirit of being good listeners, we’re treading cautiously about a building.

As far as the menu goes, most of the coffee side is wrapped up. There could be, and probably will be, some slight tweaking after we meet with more vendors. Within the next month our menu and drink recipes should be finalized though. 

As for retail, ideas are floating around and are starting to land, but it still hasn’t found its way on the top of our priority list. We will say, we are planning on covering a range of quality products for our community.

Food! Let’s just say that food is fun and we’re on our way to determining what makes the most sense. Feel free to throw ideas our way!  

Website and social media – For the most part, we’ve wrapped that up. We still need to sand a few corners and polish the surface, but that’s just character building.

We also have some fun, innovative ideas that should rock the coffee world’s boat; some cool recipes and a new idea on an already tasty drink.  We can’t wait for the big reveal on at least one of these items.

All in all, we’re having a blast and learning a lot.
