So much coffee...

What does Stumptown Coffee Roasters, Cuvee Coffee, Coava Coffee Roasters, and Four Barrel Coffee all have in common (besides, roasting some pretty tasty coffee)?

Yep; you guessed it. 

These four amazing roasters are joining our current retail line-up of Water Street Coffee Joint, Intelligentsia Coffee, and our rotating regional & local roaster options (Magic Beans Coffee Roasters, Nate’s Coffee, Deeper Roots Coffee, and Argo Sons Coffee – to name a few). 

We couldn’t be more excited!

As many of you know, we’ve been (somewhat) quietly working on building our slow-bar offerings and whole bean coffee retail selection at the shop.   We reached out to coffee roasters that we love and respect with hopes that we can deliver some more coffee community to Lexington.

As we worked through this process we were reminded, once again, just how awesome our coffee friends are – so many of them were more than eager to help us out with our goal.  Much appreciations to each and every one of them.

We’ve got portafilters in hand, drip coffee flowing, kettles over Hario drippers, a Chemex looking stylish, a French Press ready to be plunged, an Aeropress atop a cup, and a Kyoto-style iced coffee Yama brewer methodically dripping with so much coffee to choose from.
